Upon attending a networking event, I received the following compliments on my business card: “I really like your card. The design really stands out and caught my attention.” Next – to the slight bemusement of the person before of me – I proceeded to rip up another of my business cards (..I carry a few to this type of networking event you see..). “What are you doing?” they asked hastily. “Showing you the design principle behind them.” I replied.
KONNICHIHA! (HELLO!) TADAIMA! (I’M BACK!) As you might have heard – or read about across some of my Social Media / Networking profiles – I was recently on my travels to Japan. It was a journey to last 3 weeks, residing in and exploring Tokyo and oh-boy did those weeks travel by quickly!

Plurk Badges have been released to the Plurk community, awarded based on merit. These standard badges I have also detailed below, however, I wanted to play a little and so got to work developing the PLURK:CSS to add in a badge (or two) of my own.

Plurk has released to Plurkers over 25 Karma, the access to alter their profiles CSS. I for one, am LOVING it!! There will be many new profiles popping up stretching the limits of what a Plurk profile can do through the editing of CSS and I’m looking forward to seeing them.
The .ME domain name craze, beginning not all so long ago, is something that I am personally not going to be jumping into. At least, not in any rush. What about you though? Is a .ME domain name something that interest you or have you already taken the plunge?
