A Special Edition My Little Pony – ‘Blue Art Collectors Pony’ – appears to be rather Twitter like…
I don’t know if this is coincidence or some smart design but while my other half was browsing the internet for cute things – that’s right; not me….. – she came across this special edition My Little Pony. She showed me and what immediately caught my eye was the design overlaying the Special Edition Pony and its Special Edition packaging… TWITTER I thought!
I am not sure if anyone else has come across this, or that they may share my view but having spent quite a bit of my afternoon scouring the internet for more information on this Blue Art Collectors My Little Pony – I’m thorough like that you know – and having found little I felt I would share it to see what others thought.

What I did mange to find during my ‘vast research’ is that this Blue Art Collectors Pony was the first ‘Art Pony’ to be released specially for collectors. It was released sometime around September 2008 – where there was definite growth in the popularity of Twitter.. – and costs $9.90 from Entertainment Earth and yes, what do you know, they have a Twitter account! @entearth ;)

Well, considering this pony came out well before Twitter was popular and was designed before Twitter existed, I’m going to go ahead and say no. ;-)
Wonderful find :) My kids and wife loved it. Twitter Pony or Little Pony its still a very nice design.
